Freight tycoon error

When i try to open the game a windows pops up :
RasterCaps:3DPRASTERCAPS_ZTEST not supported
MaxSimultaneousTextures is less then 4
VS_1_1 not supported, using software vertex processing
PS_1_1 not supported
PixelShader1xMaxValue is less then 1.0f


What kind of problem is this.
What should i do.
