Default Steam v1.3.3 vs other v1.3.1 multiplayer incompatible?

Hi Sneaksy,

I just bought Tow2 Kursk 1943 for a buddy on steam so we can play multiplayer, only to dicover a version incompatibility between my non-steam version 1.3.1, and his 1.3.3.

Is there a way around this?

Just an idea: backup your Kursk1943.bin and data.sfs files and copy his Kursk1943.bin and data.sfs files to your installation folder. However, this may or may not work.
