That isn't cool , i want to make it myself..... it is funnier ..... anyway found it but something else ... if i edit a ship by converting dds in jpeg , edit and convert back in dds will work?

yes but don't use jpeg. PNG is much better, especially, when you have image with transparency.

I made a file .dds with a edited ship... but i have some strange lights........ take a look....

IIRC dds files have several quality options. Check parameters of the original dds and try to save your modified image with exact the same parameters. Nvidia made very handy dds viewer that clearly shows these parameters.

understood i saw that there are a lot of .dds (24 bit ,32 bit , no alpha..etc)

i choose the dds 1 dxt... this in this format are all dds files in sw3 but i have the same reflections.... when i travel in portals the color changes between blue , yellow ,green and red .... i think because i convert file in png and when i edit it with paint it change it in jpeg....

I don't think so. It's not a Total War or Heart of Iron. It's simple, small scale tactical game. If you have any problems just ask.

I don't have any problems now... but i had and i think others have or will have.... i saw a lot of times beginners who think that the game is to hard to be played and they need something like that... For example when i played first time i bought the cheapest missiles and just repair systems ...
