Problem Installing Patch

I can't get the patch to recognise the fact I have Cryostasis installed

I install all my games on an external hard drive so I assumed that this is was the problem

I reinstalled the game on my c: drive - in c:\games

yet the patch still wont recognise the fact I have the game installed.

Any help?

Where did you buy your version of Cryostasis and what patch are you trying to install? The patch can work only with appropriate version of the game. For example the patch for Aspyr version can't be installed on the 505 games one.

I have the 505 version - the patch must be the Aspyr - I will try and find a 505 version of the patch - thanks for getting back to me.
