Default How do you remove Information Windows?

I am just getting up and running with CoD. I've ended up with two windows on the flying screen and I can't close them. How are they removed?

Please see screenshot for details.

hold alt and left/right click on them - there should be an option to close them

You have to repeat the closing method, untill the last grey square (3 or 4) disappear.
