Error with Cuban Missile Crisis from Yuplay.com

I bought the game Cuban Missile Crisis from the site Yuplay.com which is kind of affiliated with 1c company I think after all it is linked to from the 1c site?

However, the problem is: it does not work. The build that I downloaded from that site does not work. Not under XP, nor under Vista or Seven. After activating the game via that Yuplay client (entering username and password) and when starting up the game via game.exe it gives this error message:

My actual point is: from www.gamersgate.com the game works properly. So it is definitely a problem of the Yuplay.com version. Now the support from Yuplay.com wasnt exactly so useful, but what they said to me I should go to you regarding this issue so I do it hereby.
