Default Macbook Pro - No units showing

Same problem as other guy with Macbook Air. No units showing, including main character. Heard other games have been having trouble playing on a OS X Version 10.8.2.

Macbook Pro has 2.3Ghz, 8GB RAM, Intel HD 512MB Graphics.

Same problem here, very annoying. Just bought the game yesterday, I wanted to play something like Heroes, but I wasted my money, all the units are invisible including my hero. I have a Macbook Pro 15" with retina screen, my GPU is a GeForce 650M. I don't expect anything, I've seen others have the same problem for months, no solution or reply from the publisher.

Same problem here.

I've sent an email to their support and received an automatic response saying that due to holidays they won't be able to respond until Jan 2nd.

Gmail classified their responses as spam so I'd check there for an answer.

Try turning off v-sync in the Options panel: fixed this issue for me at least.

When I have encountered this issue in the past it is because I am using the low power video card in the Macbook pro. Go System Preferences-->Energy Saver and then either set your Graphics Card to better performance or disable "Automatic Switching".
