Distribution through Steam?
Katauri Interactive and 1C,
Have you considered distribution through Valve's Steam client? GSC revived Stalker's original sales by releasing the sequel through Steam. Steam would also eliminate the international supply chain/logistics issues you will run into.

Before I get attacked for liking Steam, let me first say no, I don't work for Valve, and yes, I am a geek who's actually against rampant piracy.
Digital distribution keeps us honest, and keeps awesome titles like KB coming to the PC, rather than consoles.

Steam is not the BEST way to go. their pricing method for EU countries is questionable.
I ain't paying 86(69 without VAT) USD for COD4 (EU),when US version is 49 USD(without VAT). That being said 1C has it's own digital distribution and distribution contract with gamersgate,but I guess getting more publicity never hurt anyone.
