millions thx my friend for kind words!

angle was a real code used in the raf ,in fact it is angle for altitude ,i read it in the book " LE GRAND CIRQUE "write by the 1st french ace of ww2 PIERRE CLOSTERMANN,who joigned the RAF .

in the extract of this book ,the radar operator said to him :

...HULLO DALMAT RED ONE ,PANDOR CALLING , BANDITS APPROACHING B FOR BAKER AT ANGLES Z FOR ZEBRA ...in fact b-baker is a code name for an area and angle Z is a code name for altitude Z ,in the case of PIERRE CLOSTERMANN fight ,Z is a letter code for 40000 feets!130000 meters of altitude.
it seems that the code name for altitude " angels "was used too ,or maybe one of this 2 words is wrong because of the confusion and stress during a battle ,pilots say angles instead of angels or inversaly ,or just a print error.

thx again sincerely

Oh lol Angels, of course. I feel silly now for not realising. It was the codes got me confused. Ive only ever read altitude spoken as a number. Angels 10 (10,000ft). I'm not sure they would have had the same letter word for an altitude and for an area.

I've just finished reading Derek Robinson's novel Piece of Cake for the umpteenth time. In that they just subtract 2 for the altiude code, Angels 10 (12,000ft) and places or areas are given names of objects
(Fishpaste = Dover, Lampstand = Isle of Sheppey)

Hey Olife San,

I think the offer Fenris made you was to make some skins that would help you make your next cartoon series. Remember the video we did for the Ace of Aces tournament - we actually also used WOP with the skins of the winner's aircrafts for that. I could imagine this to work well for your cartoon series too, if you want. The French Yak-3s for example? I'm sure we could find volunteers who would make a lot of screenshots for you in WOP.
