Default Game crashes

Hello,
game is not playable much. 50% of all crashes happen directly after entering to strategic map after battle. It says Thread Error access denied 5. Sometimes when I try to save game right after battle it crashes like that. Also sometimes it crashes when browsing in my army and stat menu. The game is great, but i'm sick of strategy games in these times. It's same like King Arthur. It crashed so often that I could not finish even tutorial.

Also archers are strange fantastic shooters. They can even shoot what they dont see and even what they should not know about the presence of a unit (behind hill etc.) And strange also is, that archers on hill have same shooting range like archers down the hill

perhaps there is some particular config with your PC, which cause crash with particular games which use some functionalities. Can you send your dxdiag.txt here rw2box(at)hotmail.it ? And the file from the game directory in document and settings hardware and resource.
