Cryostasis Error on Start

Hello,

I am new to the boards and new to the game. I have been unable to get the game to start.

When I try to start the game I receive this error.



I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same error occurs each time.

I bought the game through Gamersgate.
I am running XP Pro, 4 gigs of RAM, latest drivers, recent reinstall of Windows (about a week now).

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance as I am really hoping to play the game.
