il2fb Process not Ending When I Quit the Game

I have just installed & patched up the game to 4.09 on my new system. After I quit the game, I have to manually end the il2fb process using the task manager (otherwise I can't start the game again). Seems I have the same problem as the gentleman here:

However I am using a physical disc version, not direct2drive.

Anybody else have this problem?

I installed Java & IE8 (as suggested on the Ubisoft thread) and that has not solved the problem.......

Really rarely I get this too. Hard to pinpoint what causes it. I have the DVD version modded to UP 2.01.
