men of war wont install

purchased men of war and downloaded the files but when i try run the .exe file i get: runtime error (at 47:62) the source file is corrupted
any help appreciated

just downloaded the new official 1.11.3 patch. upon lauching the exe, this message appears:

"The setup has detected that no version of Men of War is installed. The update requires a previous version of the game to be installed. Setup cannot continue."
