Are you really sure about the fps? I have the same card but I get 15-20fps, 30-40 when there´s no frost/ice/snow (In a warm room)
You have a better CPU and I play in 1920x1200 but that shouldn´t affect the fps so much, should it?

Anyway I don´t care if I don´t have higher than I have, because the motion blur makes it perfect Except when I´m using PPSH-41, then I have 3-8 fps

Well ive checked CPU usage with my G15 + Everest Ultimate, it seems Cryostasis only uses one core ? If so, there is a big difference between your CPU at 2.83 Ghz and mine at 4 Ghz, what could explain the FPS boost, considering we both have GTX 280.

LoL, ok, then it´s not very hard to understand
Better overclock mine (just joking) I don´t know enough to do that, even if I have a program, I still need to know how to do it the best way + get better cooling if I need.

Now, Action Forms, hope you have made the english version so that it uses multi-core, or else: Here´s my wish to the first patch

I've bought the international version and the microstuttering and some swapping are still there.
1C do something.

Had exact same problem, SOLVED by uninstalling all Nvidia drivers in control panel, AND using Driver Cleaner Pro, then re installed 182.06.
ALSO changed 3D settings in Nvidia control panel to let "3D application decide" quality...........worked for me (Vista 32,and GTX8800 though)
