Xbox 360 pad for windows problem

Is the xbox 360 pad for Windows compatible with this game?

I have got the pad setup, but player view keeps panning right, is there a fix for this?

Play on PC shooter with a pad?
Are you joking, right?

Plug out gamepad (game had problems with gamepad enabled), and play on PC controllers.
