AI ground attack

I think I'm missing something obvious.

When I created a flight of 4 enemy bombers with way points headed to our field, I set the flight to ground attack/bomb a target on our field such as static planes etc.

However I've noticed that only the lead plane drops it's bomb. The other three fly around with their bombs intact.

How do I tell all four planes to attack?
