Blitzkrieg Part 3 "Revenge" Sunday, July 2, 1900 GMT at TF#3 Server
'BLITZKRIEG' Pt.3 'REVENGE!'
Date: SUNDAY JULY 2nd Time: 1900 GMT (*8pm BST* *3pm EDT*) Server: Team Fusion #3 Server Map: Circus Time Note: this event will have 1940-41 planesets, so it will be necessary to have the Tobruk dlc installed. The server is running the current version 5.038. Please ensure your copy is up-to-date (Steam will install this update automatically if you simply open Steam). 10am July 1st, 1941: Eastchurch Airfield, Kent....the Briefing Room ''As you were, Gentlemen! (Hrumph! Somebody tell Heggers....tea and doughnuts are for ...AFTER...the briefing! Tsk, tsk!) Well, it seems after the last show you've been noticed in high places. Mr Churchill sends his congratulations to you all for taking the map and destroying all objectives, but before you get too relaxed (sit up at the back, Snargle! And where the hell is Jeepy? Still chasing sheep in the Canaries? We need him back, Man!) ...the rest of us have been ordered to forge ahead. So we're calling in 'the Heavies!' On Sunday next, the Wimpey Squad will hit important targets in Northern France and you lot will be providing escort. However, rumours are filtering through that Hitler is in a towering rage since we Reds won the last map..... and he has gone through three carpets already! The Reich Chancellery floor is looking decidedly bare and they've sent for the Fuhrer's dentist for a spare set of German 'nashers!' German High Command are terrified and haven't eaten any knockwurst for two weeks! Goering is fuming and has even cancelled the next party, chasing pigtailled Frauleins in the Black Forest! So......... it's getting serious! The point is: the Blues are going to pull everything out of the bag to secure a win so..... we've got to be ready! Are we ready? For God's sake! Somebody wake up, Marlow! Gordon Bennet!'' Can the Reds capitalize on their recent win? Will the Blues put them 'back where they belong?' Is Dazza still damp.... and humming 'Dazed and Confused?' Will anyone ever understand Jack's Irish brogue and will Snargle be able to tempt Jeeps back from the sun drenched beaches of Teneriffe? All will be revealed next Sunday! See you in the air!
