Currently nVidia latest drivers are not at his 100% performance/quality for 8~9 series so my opinion is to try the 178.24 drivers, it seams the last stable drivers for 9xxx series.
Also download the latest DirectX ( March 2009 ) from microsoft.

Your GPU is not very powerfull for this game, try to disable some of the graphic settings and lower the resolution.

The GPU is ok... my previous card was 9600 GSO and it looks/runs cool.
It is device driver or directx issue.

//Personal recommendation
nVidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings -> Add(select cryo exe) or just use the "Global Settings" its the same...
and set "Texture Filtering - Quality" to "High performance"
you gain an extra 10+ fps and you don't loose nothing from the visualization of the game

If this problem appear after installation of the DirectX and drivers please contact our support (support@1cpublishing.eu) and add directX report (dxdiag). Good luck!

I'm having exactly the same problem and none of the suggestions seem to be working.

I also have the same problem. My GC is a EVGA GTX 295 with drivers 181.20, OS is Vista Ultimate 64 bits. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

This problem may be caused by Vista64. Try to install latest Nvidia drivers, if nothing happens, send dxdiag report to our support (support@1cpublishing.eu).
