Default bf 109 engine stop running during flight

I was playing the desastersoft campaign when its engine stops (i don't know why) and it was unpossible to restart it again ..the magneto was on the lowest position.i push it upwards and then when i push on the I key to restart the engine a message appears on my screen "stop the engine".Does anybody have the same problem and how did you manage to restart the engine? thanks in advance.

It is the bf 109 E3 and it seems that this problem appears sometimes. When i want to start or stop the engine in flight or on the ground with the "I" key it's works properly.I don't have chosen other settings than those by default.I don't understand what sometimes hapen.I thought it could be caused by the engine mixture but it is only suppositions.

Mixture is automatic.

Injection fed, no carb... -G's dont effect the engine.

Does it shake before stopping, if so engine is over heated. Note you have both water radiator and engine oil to keep cool. One is open radiator, the other is oil cooler. You need allot less open oil cooler (about five clicks) compared to water radiator (40%).

Are you sure you have enough fuel.

Magnitos should stay in the m1+m2 position...

Hope this helps.
