I would like to host & sell IL-2 Sturmovik 1946

How can I get set up to sell IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 for the PC as a digital Download, questions I have:
1. Do I get a holesale price lesser to the public
2. How much will I need to pay C1 for each copy I sell
3. Can I host the download on my own site GameFiles.us
