KB Dark Side - Elevator problem in Helvedia

Hi.

Got huge technical problem with missing elevator from helvedia, specific location and problem are on screens.
Yes i tried to wait - elevator do not come, nothing happening.
Tried to delete saved games (excluding 1 to continue playing) and profile files. Reinstaling a game, and cming back later...
