Help with Men of War Condemned heros

I download my game from Amazon, can cant play the game.
I have to have a Serial number to unlock the game and was not given one.

THis is what i am asked :
Please enter your serial number in the supplied text area and click " Activate " to unlock. This will connect to the license server via the internet and request an unlock license.

Click the " Show Details " button in order to show the Transmitted XML-request.

How do i solve this and how do i find the serial number?
