Where's the cache?

Doing re-install.
I need to clear the cache.
Where's the cache? ..and what is it called? 'appcache'?

My Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cache

You can delete the entire cache folder. The game will reconstruct it for you.
