[problem] error white.bmp, cant play !

Hi guys, i installed the game today and i have this problem when i try to start the game, where it is:

Cant upload texture:

gfx\white.bmp
Size:129x128
Probably your video hardware has no enough video memory. Try to set less texture quality.

I never entered the game before so i didn't choose any config, i have an HD4850 so i don't think its a hardware problem, please help me I'm dying to play it !
