Problem in game

Hi ,i cannot find a way when i stand on a brits in the ship behind a men fith a red licht .it is at the biginning of the game.when i walk to the men ,and i get a flechback ,with the snowmobil with 4 dog and when i goining forwart and stop ,and i see snow and a chip and after that i cras into the snow and fal down ,and i'm dead and had to do it over again.i no i havent not muts health.bud what shal i do .when i stand behind that men.i don't no i gan find more head to get moere healt.enny one a ide
