Default Body Armour Stats

Hi folks,

I have always been very curious with the HP & shock percentage on the armour stats, if you guys could explain to me, that would be great.

HP - 6% : does it mean that i have 6% chance to get penetrated by hollow points?

Shock 20% : 20% less energy reduction from taking hits or 20% to be in a state of shock when i'm shot?

what do these figure means?

cheers,
pencils

hp 6 should mean a 6% less probability to be penetrated (by non AP ammo) while 20 shock should be u take 20% less shock when hit. thats the interpretation i take for good, but i could be wrong

It's all pretty vague to me. For concealable vests I use that heavy yellow one.

I don't use external vests, because they're outrageously heavy and make you look like a big wuss. Usually, the more expensive something is, the better.

I'd say, that the percentages indicate the amount of damage that gets through, and shock shows how much of that is soaked by the west.
