The german version is available.

Regarding other language version there is also czech and polish version available.

The following language versions are in process and the release dates depends how quickly developers will implement the localisation in the game :
french, hungarian,spanish,italian.

I saw from the 1C site that the game in box format will exit the 14.04? It is a official date?

So i suppose the demo will be very very soon and I hope the addon very soon
