Thanks for that Brando, really helpful. The 'Screen Tearing' appears to be related to FPS exceeding the refresh rate according to articles on this problem. I notice that you set Triple Buffering and enable 'Wait for V sync' (which is supposed to overcome the screen tearing) but where in CCC V10.8 do you enable these options.? Cannot find them at all.............

In the 3D settings, select 'All'. Use the sidebar to scroll down to "Wait for vertical refresh" (Set to On) and then scroll on down to OpenGL setting, check "Triple buffering" on.

Many thanks Brando, no more screen tearing and silky smooth lookaround with V sync and triple buffering enabled

I have the 5670 maxed out on 'Perfect' (OpenGL) with the Mods Pack Perfect Textures installed - FPS performance is pretty good for a mid priced card so no longer disappointed with it.
