Game freezes on Main menu

I'm trying to run the game on Vista 64, the game will start up but once I try to click on anything at the main menu the game freezes, I've tried right clicking running as admin but that hasn't worked. Anyone know how to fix this?

What's your graphics card and drivers version? What is the game version (shown in the right bottom corner in main menu)?
