Map positioning

Can't find any help on this issue[or I've read past it].

I have my res. set to 1920x1080 and this places the flight map mid screen. Is there a hack or some way of repositioning the map, to top right corner say, with out having to reduce screen res. ?

click both mouse buttoms at the same time over the map. Then drag it.
