Patience!
What other”game”, read simulation; have you enjoyed for the last seven years? Do you want Sow to be a bit long in the tooth in one or seven years from the day of release?
You just give the team on 1C the time and respect to make a product that they feel worthy of our wait and I am quite sure that you will not be disappointed. Patience! Viking |

Maybe you should have come up with a more original and intriguing question.

Ha... that mirrors my thought that most of the comments actually seem consistent with the tenor of the original question. |

You're all crazy. There is only one answer. You know that. Why should there be anything else?

Actually I think the correct answer is when Tolstoi comes back from his galaxy trip.
And yes revi, most probably it'll be by 8.58am GMT. |

Two years over time and over budget. Something went very wrong somewhere. I do not think it will be released ever. I have zero expectation of ever seeing SoW. A shame, but there it is.
KotS on the other hand... |

I second that. KotS was announced over a year before SoW and since we've seen regular updates from this well renown commercial software-developers, it's much more likely we will see KotS before SoW, even though for KotS it's not even clear if they will have a distributor.
