There just aren't too many good wingmen out there these days. It seems everyone wants to be the "lead" and not the "wing". Regardless, there are some who do a superior job at flying good wing and my own absentee-wingman is/was one of the best. =TgD=Lunix

-=FA=-RaVen is probably one of the best I've ever had as well. We flew an international match together one time and he was my wingman. I had a few successful engagements and was all over the sky. I recorded the ntrk and when watching it afterwards, I couldn't find a single sequence he wasn't stuck to me like glue...for over 2 hours solid! That's such a rarity and is hard to appreciate until you've had it.

Basic wingman tactics are akin to reading up on the communications Brevity code ( http://simhq.com/_air/air_008a.html )...always a good idea.

One can never prescribe a wingman as air combat is so fluid and volatile, but maybe you're looking for this type of Hero (26MB) ..
Excuse the poor quality.. this was made a longgggg time ago on a Co-Op map vs the AI

TBH I prefer being a wingman, but...there are not many good leaders around lol

Flying online as a pair with someone else who knows what they are doing is awesome - but it's REALLY hard to find someone who is willing or able to do it, even harder to find someone who is disciplined enough to stick with it.

I fly on spits v 109s and zekes vs wildcats as [Angels]Bard if anyone is looking to pair up sometime.
