Exclamation Men of War Assault Squad 2 - paiment refused (after 1 month)

Hello guys,

i'm a really fan of the MoW Serie and backed the Call to Arms few monthes ago.
For this reason I received a beta access to Men of War Assault Squad 2. Version I have been playing for nearly 1 month now.

In the meantime, when AS2 was in steam store, I bought it the first day. More precisly I bought the Deluxe Version (which is still available in sale on steam)

But today, when starting Steam, I had a message telling me that my paiment for Men of War AS 2 was refused...and it proposes me to ask for a reimboursment.

I'm quite estonished by this....

However the game is still listed in my list of games in Steam.

Could someone (from 1C I guess) explain what is happening ?

Is this because the game release has been postponed ?
What am I supposed to do ? ask for a reimboursement ?...

TIA.

This has also happened to me, but the game is not still listed in my game library.

It seems like your issue is connected to the fact that in order to start the Closed Beta as promised in Steam Store, the devs had to cancel any activated beta access for several hours until they set live the new Closed Beta.

I believe you should be able to install the game in a few hours. Please contact us again here or at support[at]1cpublishing.eu if that doesn't happen.

Thanks for the reply Jayns.

The game has re-appeared in my games list on steam, but when I click it to run the game, it re-directs me to the steam store page for MOW:AS2.

Right clicking on the link does show that I have 4210MB of local files for the game though. Confused.

nedley, can you please check whether Steam refunded your payment? Frankly speaking, I'm not 100 % sure how Steam payments work internally. Your best bet would be to contact Steam support, because this looks like some sort of issue in their system.

I didn't pre-purchase with Steam. I backed 'A Call To Arms' on the kickstarter page so I was simply emailed with my closed beta key previously... Seems a shame those who have been following both games for the longest are having problems now

I think that the current beta is only for those who preordered the game, and no more for those who backed Call to Arms. that may explain why you have no more access.
