Supermarineaircraft.com dont build authentic spits, they are 80% semi scale replicas with alloy horizontally opposed engines, if you want an authentic spit built you need to speak with a company called airframe assemblies based at sandown on the isle of Wight U.K.

Spitfires and Spitfire restoration projects are still relatively common aircrafts, I don't see why one should get a full-size replica, if anything to avoid the certification ballsache..
