Multiplayer servers shut down?

Whenever I try to play multiplayer, and I click on the little ''Servers'' Icon. It says that both the servers are shut down.
The game hasn't been out for too long, and the Assault Sqaud ones are still online. So why shut down the vietnam ones?
I'm located in the netherlands, if that matters.
