Islands revealed at start mod

This little mod reveals all islands at the start of the game.
If you already have a modified hero.txt, then simply add these entries under the "items" heading for each of the three classes.

om_uzala=1
om_umkas=1
om_tekron=1
om_shettera=1
om_rusty_anchor=1
om_elona=1
om_nameless=1
om_red_wind=1
om_dersu=1
om_montero=1

A new game start is needed.
