I want to make a new nation for my mission.
How do make or edit one?

It's not a simple answer since you need a lot of editing in config files. First of all, do you need it in multiplayer or singleplayer?

Again look up a mod thats out there with a custom nation and see how they did it, yes it could take some time but thats how u learn.
