Where exactly can I buy the game (russian version), when I dont have a master card etc.? Are there any stores or online shops, where I can download the game?

And @Ubaku: Where did you buy the game? Because you had the download before the release... And what did you pay for the game?
And to the online store: Thank you for the link, but I have a question: Can I also pay in euro? I ahve no experiences with webmoney and so on, but I want to buy the game now. Somebody who can takew some time and help me?
