Sorry, my bad forgot I used Gimp to create dds files and then tweeked them with IrfanView. But glad it all worked out for you, it's always good fun when you have an idee to mod something and it works too!

I replaced the photo it worked just one time...... when i closed the game and i started again the image was blank again.....

Do you know there is a log file?, in the Star Wolves 3 - Civil War directory there is a file LOGfile.txt, perhaps there is an error message related to your problem.
