No one answers?

I have sent questions to the admins before and they are months if not a year apart since when i sent them, but never answered me.The question no longer needs an answer , but its a bit aggravating.Especially when you think something was unfair or a mistake and you get ignored. Am i supposed to send the questions somewhere else?

I am very disappointed with how the player base is treated as i have found this is not an isolated issue from friends who play.

Seems like no admins or moderators are alive on this forum.
That's really interesting, because the site works normally.
