Patch 1.7 for German PC-Games Version

I have King's Bounty the Legend from the german Mag "PCGames" (07/2010), but the version is 1.6.4 (34387).
I installed the official 1.7 Patch but then it requires a DVD (it didn't before). And the DVD from the mag from where I installed, isn't accepted.

Any ideas which Patch to take? (German version)
