Traffic signal blackout– If a traffic signal light is not working because of an electrical power failure, stop at the intersection and proceed as if the intersection is controlled by a stop sign in all directions.

I read traffic rules and I have a question, will there be not working traffic-lights? And will we have to obey all rules that are here http://www.rignroll.com/index.php?ty...id&publ_id=317 or those rules are just to introduce people with Californian traffic rules?

Wow, it will be really cool to lose a part of the load in a corner by trying to ride it in overspeed

(Sorry for my English, I don't know how to say this better)

Since I played Kig of the Road, I have a question: why are so many kind of trailers and tractor but neither is a construction track, for loading sand, or bulldozer, etc?
I saw some screens with those types of tracks, and now my doubt is: Will us see how the digger is loading our truck?

And there will be a special load, like parts of a bridge which are too long for a normal trailer?
