nvidia physics watermark during gameplay

i have just installed the game on my pc. and the moment the game begins and i start to have control of the character, on the top left part of my screen appears a watermark saying "nvidia : physics gpu".
is there anyway i could remove this? it is very annoying.

i have a geforce gt240 1gbvram, windows vista ultimate sp2, 3gbram, 1440*900 screen resolution, intel quad core cpu.

also i have installed the patch for the game, but the watermark still appears.

never mind i found it, it was the physics indicator from the nvidia control panel
