I tried "Less Annoying Text" thread

I followed the directions, pretty straightforward. I could not get it to work.

I'm convinced that the text has something to do with the FPS dropping, everytime they start with their annoying chatter and the text comes up the FPS take a hit.

HELP!

I have been trying all sorts of performance adjustments with not much success

I would think my computer would be able to able this game on high no problem

Geforce GFX 650 Ti Boost
16 GB Ram
Windows 7

Figured it out, I guess it had to do with unchecking one of the Cloud features in Steam.
