Windows 8.1 and Clod

Hey guys, does anyone know the situation with Clod running on windows 8.1? I've been trying to open CloDer.exe in mZip, doesn't seem to work. Don't think 7 zip works on windows 8 (unsurprisingly?!) Any suggestions?

I could be wrong but I think the only way it will work is to install the unofficial Team Fusion mods.
