activation code and game download link

Hi,

i already payed for game starwolves3 like 18 hour ago and recaived email about succesful preorder operation.
my problem is that i didnt received email with download link and activation code in spite of that game is already available for dondload at 1c company shop web site. I tried to send 2 emails to support email adress but there is email bot replaing some failed actions... is there any explanation to this, do i haveto just wait, or contact someone..?
