FBDj is an IL2 server manager like IL2SC (IL2 Server commander(not updated anymore)).
It has some nice features to run and manage your dedicated server. Including a statistics webpage that you can run on an Apache/Mysql webserver.

It is in German and not updated to the latest release, but it will give you an idea how it looks like.
