There is an elevator near the Horvest castle. Go up to Upper Hadar and you will find entrance to the cave there.

No, the lift to her cave is right next to Horvest Castle.

The castle in the dwarves area. It's even the castle you get the quest to rescue her from

This quest I have has soemthing to do with a quest on the mainland, something with her making a potion for the ex frog lover. he can't get a frog so I need to find her to fix him a lovepotion

Ya. That's in the marsh lands near the starting castle. Enter the swamp, and talk to the guy in there.
