Unhappy Continuously put back into initial training mission

Hi;

After setting up the game parameters. I select new game. Eventually I am In space. I join the formation I kill some training targets. Scenario ends with my ship spinning and I am right back in the main menu. If I start another game same thing etc....

Please assistance. How do I get to the missions. Also can i get into free flight mode by myself to cruise around the galaxy?

regards Bill

Question Stuck in training redux

Ok;

I give up. I thought asking for help no mater how seemingly
simple the question appears to others; could possibly result
in some assistance from people who probably have
encountered the same issue at some time in their
game playing career.

I am having problems getting my mouse tuned for
optimum targeting and the mission (#1) is timed so
the mission times out putting me back in the main menu.

I was wondering if there is a way to skip the training?

Since the manual doesnt address the issue of training.
Doesnt indicate you have to complete the training
mission etc.. I wasnt sure if that is the case or not.

So far a number of members have read my post and
not one has taken the time to respond.

Bill

Guess I have to do it myself.

Problem is now a non problem.

It's good that you solved this problem; i guess nobody answered your question because nobody knew what's up. What did you remove from the script to get rid of this problem, time check, targets destroyed number check or something else?

Problem solved.

Just edit the Mission01.g3c
Go to the botton of page.
Delete the line:
// deny_include('Missions\\Mission01_quest.g3c');

And save the file..voila...the first mission continue without any problem.

At last for me it´s solved the problem...
