Game Spy Code

Hi guys I want to ask a little question, always I want to play online at Men Of War and Men Of War - AS, the game asks for a game spy code, I already have an account and all, game spy also gave me a code but it is not compatible with the one that the game asks for... can someone tell me where do I get that code?

i think you should start game with "administrator" rights. possible you havent rights to write in your registry. (cd-key will be saved in registry)
